Laminate flooring

Laminate flooring is a compressed fiberboard plank covered with an image of a material such as timber, stone, tiles and so on that is then given a protective coating layer on top of fiberboard.

Hardwood flooring

Prices are really high compared to other small business in the area. There are no prices on the samples which is annoying. I know the install price of LVP runs $3-$5 a sf with no removal . I stated I wanted 6mil I advised I wanted to pay about $8.00 installed no removal no furniture he stated his 7ml starts at $6.50 I asked if install price he states no. That is ridiculously high for 7 ml since he knew my budget I have about 2000sf to cover he walked away and sat at his desk and he said he could not help me with that budget.
As a small business owner myself please put the prices on the samples very frustrating when you are working on a budget. Total waste of my time.

Just replaced the carpeting in our master bedroom and hallway with engineered hardwood flooring (Shaw Castlewood Prime). Couldn’t be more pleased with the result. We replaced the carpet on our second story with luxury vinyl flooring. Had a few quotes out with other companies in the area and The Flooring Spot beat everyone by far. Super easy and convenient locations in Ocoee and Hamlin. Marisa and Ralph are wonderful and so informative. The customer service during the sale and selection process was outstanding, and the install was even better! I think its the first time we’ve hired someone to do a project that actually showed up on time every single day (or even earlier) and we were so appreciative. They were very attentive to our furniture and cleaning and more than happy to fix final touches as needed. Antonio was so pleasant. Total install took 3 days. From beginning to end, we are so pleased!!

Ralph at Flooring Spot Ocoee was amazing throughout the whole process. We got luxury vinyl plank for our entire home, and the selection and price couldn’t be beaten. We got quotes at a few different places, and we were able to get floors and all new baseboards for less than just floors at other spots. Installation was also smooth and professional. Highly recommend!

We choice floor spot to do our floor project this august, I gave 4star out of 5 to this company, I worked with Douglas 99% of the time and he is a professional in his field and very knowledgeable in product, the project finished beautifully and on time! ( very important in my opinion) I took one star off only cuz it takes nearly a months for them to fix last part of the job ( only 15mins worth of work so it is not a big deal ) . But overall I am still happy our choice. Contact with Douglas and get your job done.
